Potential buyers of residential lots interested in an eco-friendly lifestyle and connection with nature, with a focus on young families, investors, and individuals interested in a second residence.
Objectives and Challenge
The project involved designing a responsive website to promote a real estate development located in the Riviera Veracruzana, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and eco-friendly living. The primary goal was to attract and convert leads interested in purchasing residential lots through a commercial offering developed and marketed in four stages.

Market Analysis
A competitive analysis was conducted to identify trends and opportunities in the Riviera Veracruzana real estate market, focusing on sustainable projects.
Stakeholder Interviews
Interviews were conducted with the project developers to understand their vision, objectives, and expectations.
Design & Validation
Wireframes and Visual Design
Wireframes were developed to structure the site into key sections: general overview, project details, project progress, media, masterplan, and benefits. The visual design focused on conveying the project’s eco-friendly nature through a natural color palette and visual elements that evoke sustainability.
Usability Testing
Usability tests were conducted to ensure intuitive navigation and that the information was organized in an accessible manner.
Mobile Optimization
Given that a large portion of users would access the site from mobile devices, a strong emphasis was placed on optimizing the mobile experience, ensuring fast response times and consistent visual presentation.
Results
The final website is a responsive platform that not only highlights the commercial offering of residential lots but also communicates the sustainable values of the project.
